Tor Atle Eiken holds his Chief Officer license in Navigation from Maritime Faculty in Vestfold, Norway. His professional life includes a broad experience; navigation officer, contract administration, technical advisor, sales and marketing. He has lived in Germany, China and US the last years and worked with a large variety of yards and ship-owners around the world. |

Technical Director
Gunnar Bærheim has a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Trondheim (NTH, Norway) as well as a Business Candidate degree. He has been responsible for the Marine Insulation Division of Teknisk Isolering (later purchased by Unitor ASA) in the 200 MNOK annual turnover range. He has lived in Japan and worked tight against yards in Korea building up large contracting activities on Shipyards in these countries. |

Jo Inge Bommen holds degrees in Mechanical engineering and in Fire, Safety & Reliability engineering. With the exception of project management in the oil & gas industry over the last 4 years before joining OceanSaver, his professional life has consisted of design, delivery, installation and commissioning of technical applications to the marine industry. He has worked with a large variety of yards and ship-owners around the world. |

Service Manager
Pål-Erik Nyrud holds degrees in Maritime Electro-Automation and Maintenance & Security technologies. Key work experience is related to marine automation, service- and project management, R&D, sales-support and commissioning engineer. Major tasks in OceanSavere will include building up the After-Sales- and service team in order to meet the needs of our clients. |

Sverre Strømme has a technical degree in engineering and a Bachelor in maritime subjects. Working experience consists of several years as an engineer in the merchant navy as well as technical work in maritime and offshore industry.

Kjell Varenhed has long marine experience as a Chief Engineer on most kinds of vessels and has since the mid 80's specialised his activity within Marine Nitrogen systems.
He was on one of the first teams introducing Controlled Atmosphere in the cargo holds of Reefer vessels.

Leif Erik Caspersen has his education from The "BI Norwegian School of Management", specialised in Market Communication and business to business sale and marketing. Since 1979 he has worked with business to business sale and marketing of technical products in positions as Marketing Coordinator, Product Manager, Marketing Manager and Managing Director. During the last 15 years he has worked in companies delivering products within corrosion protection and surface treatment for ships and offshore installation. |

Pawel Kowal holds a Master of Science degree in Ocean Engineering and Ship Technology from the Technical University of Gdansk (Poland). His specialization is marine power plants and marine piping systems. His experience is based on work in shipyards and design office.
